Yoga Classes in the Church Hall


The main purpose of Yoga is to relax the body and the mind.
It brings us into silence, which is important for our wellbeing.
By becoming still, we experience the love within and all around us.

Class Times:

Yoga classes are returning slowly.

Chair yoga has pretty well continued on Zoom or in person on Thursday afternoons with Mohan.

Tracey has once more introduced beginner's yoga on a Tuesday at 11am-12 noon.

From the 3 October, Jim Davies will have classes on a Monday at 3-4pm.
